• Assignment: Users cannot assign or transfer this Agreement. The Owner may assign its rights and obligations.
• Severability: If any provision is held invalid, the remaining provisions continue in full force.
• No Waiver: Failure to enforce any provision does not constitute a waiver of that provision.
• No Agency: No agency, partnership, or joint venture is created by these Terms.
• Force Majeure: The Owner is not liable for failure to perform due to causes beyond its reasonable control.
